Valora Trade Finland is founded in 1961 and now part of the Valora Trade organization. With a strong position in the Finnish market Valora Trade Finland has tripled the business since 2005.

Foundation
The company was founded with the first principal General Foods Corporation and called Oy Sunco Ab
1965
Cooperation with Domus Aromatica
which is the oldest principal in our current portfolio of Valora Trade Finland
1991
Oy Fazer Ab became the majority owner
1995
Oy Fazer sold the company to Swedish Cloetta Ab
2001
Takeover of Oy Sunco Ab
Sunco was acquired by the Swiss company, Valora Holding AG. It is part of Valora Trade, within Valora Group
2005
Change of name to
Oy Valora Trade Finland Ab
2010
Valora Trade Finland strengthening the position through new Nordic Category organisation
